Our pricing structure is tailored to the unique needs of each project. For destination weddings, we typically charge a percentage of the overall total to account for the additional coordination and logistics involved in planning weddings abroad. In contrast, for weddings in Hong Kong, we charge a flat fee, ensuring transparency and predictability in our pricing.
While there is no set minimum budget requirement, our services are best suited for weddings with a minimum budget of USD200,000.
Ideally, couples should reach out to us 12 to 18 months before their wedding date, especially for destination weddings or peak wedding seasons. However, we are flexible and can accommodate last-minute inquiries whenever possible with a rush fee.
