Through in-depth discussions, we gain insight into your style, aspirations, and priorities. If you wish, we then present you with a customised proposal detailing our services and corresponding fee. Upon confirmation of our services, we proceed to the next steps, including venue selection, design concept, vendor recommendations, and budget management.
Planning
Our experienced team meticulously coordinates every aspect of your wedding, from logistics and timelines to decor and ambiance. Throughout this process, we keep you informed and involved, seeking your input to ensure that decisions aligns with your vision and preferences.

Our pricing structure is tailored to the unique needs of each project. For destination weddings, we typically charge a percentage of the overall total to account for the additional coordination and logistics involved in planning weddings abroad. In contrast, for weddings in Hong Kong, we charge a flat fee, ensuring transparency and predictability in our pricing.
While there is no set minimum budget requirement, our services are best suited for weddings with a minimum budget of USD175,000.
Ideally, couples should reach out to us 12 to 18 months before their wedding date, especially for destination weddings or peak wedding seasons. However, we are flexible and can accommodate last-minute inquiries whenever possible.
